The Wellbeing Services is a part of Worcester City Primary Care Network on behalf of the General Practices. The Wellbeing Services offer a wide range of support broken down into three areas. Health and Wellbeing, Social Prescribing and Workwell.
Health and Wellbeing coaches can support with:
Anxious thoughts, Low mood, Stress, Managing difficult emotions, Coping with life changes, Self-esteem/ Confidence, Poor Wellbeing/Healthier Choices, Accessing wellbeing/ support groups, memberships Physical activity groups/ Free 3 month gym memberships.
Social Prescribers can support with:
Obtaining foodbank vouchers/Energy vouchers, Housing advice signposting, Benefits signposting, Finances/ Budgeting guidance, Debt management guidance, Adult learning/ Volunteering opportunities, Signposting to bereavement support, Accessing social groups/Isolation/Loneliness, Physical activity groups/ Free 3 month gym.
Workwell offers a wide range of support surrounding work and health barriers into work. You can self refer into Workwell via the link below.

The things all services do not support with is:
Patients under age of 18, Advocacy, Complex/severe mental health issues, Substance Abuse Support, Completing benefit forms or supporting with benefits appeals, People who are currently in service with a mental health service or other coaching services, Domestic abuse Suicidal/In crisis/ Self-harming, Personal Care Provision, Domestic abuse and Patients seeking counselling or therapy.
