This program aims to enhance your health and well-being by equipping you with valuable skills and techniques for better managing your condition in daily life.
**Course Details:**
- **Duration**: 7 weekly sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours.
- **Format**: Group setting, fostering shared experiences and peer support.
- **Initial Session**: Introduction to Microsoft Teams, including general tech advice for participants.
**Topics Covered:**
- Managing pain and fatigue
- Coping with difficult emotions
- Goal setting and planning
- Healthy eating and exercise
- Effective communication with family, friends, and healthcare professionals
- Accessing community health services
**Eligibility Requirements**:
To participate, you must:
- Be aged 18 or older
- Live, work, or be registered at a GP practice in the boroughs of Merton or Wandsworth
