Little Food Explorers is a fun and social group for parents and carers of babies up to one year old, designed to help you confidently introduce your baby to solid foods. Our sessions offer practical support, delicious recipes, and the chance to cook and learn together in a friendly environment.
What we offer:
- Guidance on introducing solids (weaning) when your baby is around 6 months old.
- Support from experienced staff and other parents.
- Hands-on cooking activities and meal planning tips.
- Delicious, baby-friendly recipes to try at home.
- Opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.
