Build strength, flexibility, and balance in a friendly group, with a supportive instructor who specialises in long-term health conditions.

Cost: £5 per session
Parking: Free parking is available outside the Community Centre.
Open to anyone with limited mobility, joint pain, balance concerns, beginners, or those recovering from illness or injury. Before your first class, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ensure the class is right for you. Depending on your health condition, you may be asked to consult your GP before starting exercise.
