Seated Exercise Class Waddesdon

Seated, simple, effective – fitness that works for every body.

If you want to keep fit but find standing exercises too challenging, are recovering from illness or injury, or simply want a gentler way to move, this class is for you. Build strength, flexibility, and balance in a friendly group, with a supportive instructor who specialises in long-term health conditions.

  • Fully seated workouts: Safe, supportive exercise you can do from a chair, with optional standing movements if you feel comfortable.
  • Low-impact, joint-friendly movements: Designed to be gentle on knees, hips, and back.
  • Strength, flexibility, and balance: A complete workout for your whole body.
  • Clear, simple instructions: Easy to follow, no experience needed.
  • Supportive atmosphere: Encouragement and community at every step.
  • Specialist instructor: Trained to support people with long-term health conditions.

Whether you are new to exercise, returning after illness or injury, or simply want a low-impact workout, this class helps you move with confidence in a friendly and encouraging environment. You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or coordinated to join in — if you can sit on a chair, you can take part.
