You can contact the team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The council asks people to use its confidential and secure online enquiry form. If you need help or support, you can also make a self-referral online. Professionals can make adult social care referrals online, and care service providers can report care package issues using an online form.
If you cannot use the online forms, you can contact the team by telephone or email.
