The UCL Integrated Legal Advice Clinic (iLAC) offers free legal advice and assistance to members of the public. If you need help with a legal issue, you can make an enquiry for yourself or refer someone else using our online form, by phone, or by email.
How it works:
- Complete the online enquiry form, call us, or email us with details of your situation.
- We will ask for information about your enquiry and let you know if we can help.
- If we are able to assist, we will offer you an appointment. If not, we will try to signpost you to an alternative service.
- For referrals, please ensure the client is aware that our legal team will review the enquiry and check for any conflicts of interest. We aim to respond within 2-3 working days.
Who can use this service?
- This service is available to members of the public. We are not able to advise UCL staff or students. UCL students and staff should seek help from Students' Union UCL Help & Advice or UCL Human Resources.
