London Futures - Employment Support

London Futures is a dedicated programme by The Change Foundation, designed to support young Londoners living with a disability to find long-term employment opportunities.

Who is it for? This service is aimed at young people in London aged 18-25 who have learning disabilities and mental health problems, including but not limited to Downs Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What we offer:

  • Personalised support to help young people build confidence and skills for employment.
  • Guidance and mentoring to navigate the job market and secure meaningful work.
  • Opportunities to connect with employers and programme partners.

Since 2019, London Futures has engaged with over 100 young people in London living with a learning disability, helping many into successful work opportunities.

Location: The programme is based in London and delivered from The Cricket Centre in Wallington, Surrey.
