Sutton Talking Therapies (formerly known as Sutton Uplift) offers free and confidential psychology and psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing common mental health issues, including low to moderate anxiety and depression. We also provide wellbeing and employment support for those currently receiving or awaiting treatment.
**Eligibility:**
- Open to residents of Sutton aged 18 and over.
- Non-Sutton residents registered with a Sutton GP are also eligible.
- Individuals in temporary accommodations within the borough can access services.
- Referrals from CAMHS for young people aged 17 years and 6 months will be considered, with care transfer completing by 17 years and 9 months.
- Referrals for young people from GPs are accepted starting at age 17 years and 9 months.
