Life Changers London is a social and therapeutic gardening programme designed for people living with life-changing health conditions that have impacted their daily living. This includes those recovering from stroke, cancer, surgery, heart or lung disease, accident or injury, or managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, MS, or long covid.
Participants join a welcoming group in a relaxing outdoor setting at Thrive Main Garden in Battersea Park, where they can meet others and take part in gentle gardening activities tailored to their individual needs. No prior gardening experience is required.
