**Team Talk – Men’s Mental Health Project**
Team Talk, operated by Derby County Community Trust, offers a supportive environment for men aged 18 and over to discuss mental health in a safe space. This project aims to foster a community network for those seeking assistance, particularly targeting groups such as recovering substance users, students, and those in high-pressure occupations. However, all men, regardless of background, are welcomed to participate or reach out for support. We can also direct participants to additional medical resources and interventions when necessary.
