St Paul’s offers a self-help support group for people suffering from anxiety or depression. Each session of this friendly and non-judgmental group includes a short talk, activities and a discussion where clients can share what they think with a small group of like-minded people. This course takes place on 10 consecutive Wednesday evenings and is free. The group starts 7:45pm and ends at 9:45pm.
