ANDYSMANCLUB runs free, peer-led support groups for men across the United Kingdom and online. The groups are non-clinical and focus on open conversations about life's challenges, aiming to reduce the stigma around men’s mental health. Sessions run every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays) and are drop-in; no booking is required. Attendees can join the in-person groups at venues around the UK, or attend online via Google Meet if they prefer. The service is provided at no cost to participants and is open to all men aged 18 and over. If you are interested in online attendance, please email info@andysmanclub.co.uk for details. While the groups are peer-led and not a substitute for professional mental health care, many people find them a supportive space to talk, share experiences and build connections.
