Mind in Hillingdon’s Adult Mental Health Recovery and Wellbeing Service offers personalised, non-crisis support for adults living in the London Borough of Hillingdon. After an initial one-to-one assessment, you can access a tailored plan that may include access to Therapeutic Activities, Employment Support, and Social Activities, plus targeted projects such as the SMI Project and the Young Adults 16+ Project. The service is designed to help you manage your mental health, build skills and reconnect with your community in a safe, welcoming setting.

Eligibility:
Adults aged 18+ living in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are motivated to engage with recovery-focused goals.
Referrals:
Self-referrals are welcome, or referrals from GPs, health or social care professionals.
