Build On Belief - Online Programme

BoB's Online Programme from Build on Belief offers a vibrant, supportive online community for anyone seeking help with their recovery journey. Our programme is available 7 days a week and is packed with engaging activities designed to support your wellbeing and personal growth.

Join us for a wide range of fun-filled online groups, including:

  • Recovery Support sessions (6 days a week)
  • Quizzes and games
  • Creative groups: Art Together, Creative Writing, Play Reading
  • Well-being focused groups: Yoga, Mindfulness, Tai-Chi, and more

Groups are scheduled throughout the day at 9:30, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, and 18:00. Check our online timetable and join any group that interests you. Our online booklet (available to read or download) includes the full timetable and essential group boundaries to ensure a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

How to join:

  • Simply click on the group name in the timetable to join (PDF download may be required on mobile devices).
  • To receive daily email reminders, sign up with your name and email address and select 'Online programme mailing list'.

Our online programme is open to all, and you are welcome to share it with anyone who might benefit. If you have questions or need support, our friendly team is here to help.
