If you have lost a loved one to suicide or suspected suicide, you do not have to face it alone. Lifecraft’s Suicide Bereavement Support Service offers compassionate, specialist support to help you through this uniquely difficult time.

We provide a range of free services for adults (aged 17+) living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who have been bereaved by suicide, including:

  • Personalised support from a dedicated liaison worker, offering emotional support, information, and signposting to help you navigate the grieving process and practical matters such as inquests and legal issues.
  • Free counselling – up to 14 sessions with a specialist bereavement counsellor, giving you a safe space to explore your feelings in depth. (Please note: counselling is available from 6 months after your loss, to allow time for initial processing.)
  • Monthly support groups in Cambridge and Peterborough, providing a safe, welcoming space to share your experiences and challenges with others who understand, facilitated by an experienced professional.
