Our friendly team is here to help you navigate a wide range of issues affecting older people, including:

We offer telephone advice, drop-in sessions, and appointments at our main office and local branches. When you contact us, we’ll take your details for a referral and, if available, an Advice Worker will carry out a quick Initial Assessment to ensure you get the right support tailored to your needs.

- Call us between 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday, to speak to our team or book an appointment.
- Email us for advice or to arrange a visit.
- Visit our offices in Ilford, Romford, or Barking during opening hours for in-person support.
Our service is completely free of charge and available to people living in the Redbridge, Barking & Havering area only.
