Tier 2 Adult Weight Management – Richmond & Wandsworth
Enable delivers this free 12-week Adult Weight Management Programme in partnership with the Richmond and Wandsworth Council Public Health Teams.
The programme takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to weight management, helping adults living with obesity build sustainable healthy habits through nutrition education, physical activity and behaviour change support.
Each weekly two-hour session includes:
- A one-hour nutrition session delivered by a Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian, covering topics such as healthy eating, food labels, portion sizes, budgeting, behaviour change, hormones, sleep, stress, physical activity and common nutrition myths.
- A one-hour physical activity session led by a qualified instructor, with exercises adapted to suit different abilities and fitness levels.
Programmes are delivered at community venues across Richmond and Wandsworth, with virtual and hybrid options available for those unable to attend in person.
After your referral is received, a member of the team will contact you within five working days to discuss your eligibility and the next available programme. If there is a wait before your programme begins, you'll receive healthy lifestyle resources and invitations to our virtual information sessions to help you get started.

- Richmond: Referrals accepted with no waiting list. New groups start from mid-July 2026.
