We are a UK registered charity organisation that is local community led and inspired, based in the London borough of Barking and Dagenham, established in June 2006 by a group of Rwandan women to support BME women who are starting to settle in the UK, and registered as a charity in July 2011, and was upgraded to deliver advice and support projects to ethnic minority women especially BME women living in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, helping them deal with the problems and barriers and to improve their access to services and promote cultural exchange and prevent socio-economic exclusion.
Over the past 10 years we have expanded our intercommunity relationships and have become involved in community projects and events that serve and support all the different communities and groups within our borough.
