Abiyamo Doula offers a range of hypnobirthing and birth preparation courses designed to empower you for a positive birth experience.
Choose from private, group, and online options to suit your needs and schedule. Courses are available in-person at your home, online, or as a combination, making them accessible and flexible for all families.
- Private Full Birth Prep Course (£525): 4 sessions (8-10 hours) plus a 1-hour refresher session. Comprehensive coverage of birth physiology, hypnobirthing science, techniques for labour, birth planning, partner roles, birth positions, induction, caesarean pathways, and postnatal planning.
- Christian Hypnobirthing (Live Online Group Course): 4-week online course underpinned by faith-filled scriptures, prayers, and devotions.
- Private Essentials/Refresher (£160): 1 x 2.5hr session for those short on time or seeking a refresher.
- Caesarean Birth Prep (£160): 1 x 2.5hr session in a safe space to prepare for caesarean birth, understand the process, and make informed choices.
All full courses include:
- Ongoing contact via email, phone, and WhatsApp until the end of the fourth trimester
- Course guide/handouts packed with resources (birth preferences template, hospital bag lists, birthing postures)
- Access to an extensive library of books
