Our friendly team is here to help you manage, reduce, or stop your drug or alcohol use. We offer support whether you are worried about your own or someone else’s substance use. You’ll never be judged or written off – we’ll work with you to set clear goals and support you every step of the way.
What we offer:

- Needle exchange service with clean injecting equipment, overdose prevention advice, naloxone, and steroids
- Recovery and detox programmes
- One-to-one therapy and group therapy

Our needle exchange is completely confidential and available even if you’re not ready to stop or reduce your use. Doctors, nurses, and local pharmacies work together to keep you safe and provide detox and rehabilitation services.

At your first appointment, you’ll meet with a key worker to assess your needs and plan the best support for you.
