The Highfields Mental Health Café is a welcoming drop-in service for anyone struggling to cope or wanting to talk about their mental health. Funded by The Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Health & Wellbeing Board (NHS), the café provides local, immediate support for people who need help with their mental wellbeing.
How it works:
- No appointment needed – simply turn up during opening hours.

Opening hours:

- Thursdays: 2pm – 5pm at Highfields Library
If you need urgent mental health support outside these hours, you can call the free 24/7 Mental Health Central Access Point on 0808 800 3302.
