The Measham Neighbourhood Mental Health Café is a welcoming, safe space for anyone experiencing mental health issues. Set in the heart of Measham, our café offers a supportive environment where you can talk in confidence, be listened to, and receive practical help—no appointment needed.
What we offer:
- Drop-in support from trained Mental Health Workers
- Coping techniques and practical advice
- Access to additional mental health services if required
- A friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere
When and where:
- Tuesdays: 4pm – 7pm
- Fridays: 1pm – 4pm
- Location: Age UK Measham, 40 High Street, Measham, Swadlincote DE12 7HZ
Cost: Free – just drop in, no booking required.
If you need urgent mental health support outside these hours, call the NHS's free 24/7 Mental Health Central Access Point on 0808 800 3302. Always call 999 if there is a physical threat to life.
