Our expert team of advisors provide free advice & information by telephone, web, email and face to face. We handle complex queries and work with our clients to resolve lots of different issues. Often we work one to one with people over a period of time to sort an issue out.

Our clients include disabled people, families, friends, relatives, carers, students, professionals and other voluntary organisations.
Opening Times: Monday to Thursday from 11:00-16:00. Pre-arranged appointments only between 9-11am, 4-5pm, and all day Friday.

Drop in: Visitors are welcome to drop in to our centre during opening times at the DAAC building next door to Teddington library. Our advisors can get busy so it is advisable to book an appointment if you are making a special trip to see us.
