OptiMum Health and Fitness for Women

OptiMum Health & Fitness for Women offers a range of exercise classes, workshops, coaching, and support designed specifically for women, with a special focus on pelvic health and overall wellbeing.

Led by Nikki Baring, a Women’s Wellness Coach and personal trainer, OptiMum provides both in-person and online activities to help women feel confident, strong, and supported at every stage of life. Nikki adapts sessions to meet individual needs, ensuring everyone is welcomed, regardless of their current fitness level.

  • In-person activities include: ‘Love Your Pelvic Floor & Core’ workshops, Barrefit workout classes, Holistic Core Restore classes, Women’s Wellbeing Walks in Eddington, scar tissue massage, and one-to-one personal training.
  • Online activities include: live workshops and classes, on-demand webinars, and pre-recorded sessions for flexible access.
