The Forget-Me-Not Luncheon Club is a welcoming group for anyone living with memory loss and their carers. Join us for a friendly lunch, companionship, and support in a relaxed, understanding environment. The club is open to all adults over 18, regardless of where you live—you do not need to be a Histon or Impington resident.
What to expect:
- A warm welcome from Sarah, the Histon and Impington Dementia Worker.
- A tasty lunch and the chance to meet others with similar experiences.
- Opportunities to chat, share, or simply listen in a supportive setting.
- Information and signposting to other helpful services if needed.
- Wheelchair accessible venue with accessible toilet facilities.
How it helps:
- Meet people who understand what you’re going through.
- Feel less alone and more connected.
- Enjoy getting out of the house and trying something new.
