Our Tai Chi classes offer a unique blend of slow, mindful movement and powerful breathwork, designed to help you develop relaxed yet strong posture, mobile joints, and a calm, focused mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our sessions are welcoming and beginner-friendly, with a supportive and knowledgeable teacher.
- Improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and stamina
- Reduce stress and anxiety through mindful movement and breathing
- Support for chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, anxiety, and heart disease
- Learn the 37-step Yang style short form – one of the world’s most popular Tai Chi forms
- Experience Qigong (including the rare ‘5 breaths of Tao’ and 8 animals movements) and Push Hands partner exercises
Classes are held at multiple locations across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, including Caversham, Dunsden Green, Twyford, Bracknell, Wokingham, Woodley, and Waltham St Lawrence. All sessions are suitable for beginners, and your first lesson is FREE! After your free session, pay £9 per class or £40 for a block of five sessions (£8 each), payable by cash or card on the day.
If you can't attend a group class, one-to-one sessions are available in person or online. You can also train at home with our home learning course.
What to bring: Just wear comfortable clothes and flat-soled shoes or socks.
