Helping you stay at home with equipment, adaptations, and specialist advice to help you live independently.
Our occupational therapy service supports Croydon residents and their carers who are living with a disability or medical condition. We assess how you manage daily activities in and around your home and offer practical solutions to help you remain independent.
How we help:
- Assessment by an occupational therapist, either by phone or home visit, to identify your individual needs.
- Advice and recommendations for changes to your home environment, tailored to promote independence and reduce risks.
- Support with daily living tasks such as bathing, getting in and out of bed, accessing the toilet, entering and leaving your property, using stairs, and personal care.
- Consideration of support from formal carers and relatives.
- Collaboration with other professionals, services, and organisations to ensure you receive the right support.
How to access:
- If you need support or advice, start by completing our online form. We will have a conversation with you to understand your situation and how we can help.
