LiveWellExercise offers specialist group and one-to-one exercise classes for people over 50 and those living with Parkinson’s.
Led by Lidia, an experienced instructor who also lives with Parkinson’s, these classes are designed to empower participants to improve their health, mobility, and well-being. The sessions use PWR!Moves for Parkinson’s and the FLexercise system for general fitness, focusing on:
- Strength, balance, agility, aerobics, and flexibility
- Reducing aches and pains
- Improving mobility and body awareness
- Supporting mental health and reducing symptoms
