Transformation Challenge at JH Fitness Academy is a dynamic health and fitness programme led by a qualified personal trainer and championship boxer, Junior Herbert. This challenge is designed to help you identify and achieve your personal health and fitness goals in a supportive, group environment.
What to expect:
- Work out three times a week in small groups, guided by expert instruction.
- Receive advice on nutrition and healthy habits.
- Benefit from the encouragement and accountability of a closed Facebook group, where members support each other.
- Classes last for one hour and are suitable for all fitness levels.
