Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise, often described as 'moving meditation'. These mindful and relaxing classes are suitable for beginners and are held both in person at PAUS in Bourn and live online.

About the instructor: Alex Murdoch is a fully trained and insured mindfulness teacher and coach with many years of experience. Her classes are supportive and small, ensuring you get her full attention as you learn the movements.

Location & Facilities: Classes take place live online and in person at PAUS, which offers free parking, changing rooms, and a bistro for meals and refreshments.
