Qigong with Alex Murdoch Mindfulness

Qigong with Alex Murdoch Mindfulness offers ancient Chinese exercise classes described as 'moving meditation', designed to help you relax, improve your wellbeing, and boost your energy. These supportive and friendly sessions are suitable for complete beginners, including those with limited mobility.

Classes are available both in-person at PAUS in Bourn and live online, making it easy to join from wherever you are. Each session focuses on gentle movements from the 'Shibashi 18' form, helping you develop better posture, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. The meditative elements of Qigong also support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relaxation.

PAUS offers free parking, changing rooms, and a bistro for meals and refreshments.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited. You can book in-person classes or email Alex to join a live online session. Alex also runs online mindfulness sessions to help you breathe, relax, and de-stress.
