Are you experiencing ongoing symptoms after COVID-19? Meridian Primary Care Network (PCN) offers dedicated support for people living with Long COVID. Our service provides both online and in-person group sessions, giving you the chance to share experiences, learn from others, and talk to Health and Wellbeing Coaches.
What we offer:
- Group support sessions (online and in-person) to connect with others facing similar challenges.
- Opportunities to discuss your symptoms and learn practical ways to manage them.
- Regular meetings with Health and Wellbeing Coaches, either one-to-one or in a group setting.
How to access:
- If you are registered with a GP surgery within Meridian PCN, you can self-refer by email. Please include your name, contact details, and which Meridian PCN surgery you are registered with.
- Your GP can also refer you to Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust’s Post COVID Service for further support.
Locations: Sessions are held at several local surgeries, including Bourn Surgery, Monkfield Medical Practice, Comberton Surgery, Eversden Surgery, Harston Surgery, Orchard Surgery, and Roysia Surgery.
