361 Energy offers a FREE energy advice service for households across North Devon and Torridge.
Our super-friendly, experienced energy advisors will visit you in your home, or if preferred can give advice over the phone.
We can help to lower your energy bills - whether by advising you how to use less energy safely, or through the free energy saving measures we can give you on our visit. We can support you in dealing with your energy supplier on direct debits, energy debt, meter readings and more. And we can help you assess whether you should switch tariff or supplier to save money.
We can help you to access any energy efficiency grants you may be eligible for. This could be grants for insulating your home, changing your heating system for a more efficient one, or fixing a broken boiler.
We can refer you on to other forms of help where needed, including fuel or food vouchers, benefit checks, hardship grants, white goods schemes and other wellbeing services.
Homeowners, private tenants and social tenants are all welcome to take advantage of our advice service.
We will never try to sell you anything! We are a 100% not-for-profit, grant-funded service with a goal of saving energy and saving money for our northern Devon community.
