The Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés offer vital support to individuals aged 18 and over who are experiencing mental health challenges. Our trained staff are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space where you can talk and receive practical assistance tailored to your needs.
**What We Offer:**
- **Safe Environment:** Engage in a calming atmosphere where you can be yourself and participate in gentle activities.
- **One-on-One Support:** Receive personalized guidance from our team to explore coping strategies and effective mental health management.
- **Resource Information:** Access practical advice and information about additional services available for longer-term support.
**Eligibility:**
- Open to anyone aged 18 and above facing mental health difficulties.
**Operating Hours:**
- **Wednesdays:** 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:30 PM)
- **Location:** Baptist Walk, Hinckley, LE10 1PR, UK (Inside the Baptist Church)
**Emergency Assistance:**
For immediate support, call NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health services. This service is available 24/7 and is free and confidential.
