Mettaminds explores the mind and body connection, exploring wellbeing and mental health through achieving 'balance'.

  • The program explores: Emotions; 5 Principles; Obstacles; mental health and the body; Mind Filters; Perspective change.
  • Who is it for? Anyone who is experiencing low/mid level mental health, and may need some support.
  • The program is delivered in an informal small group setting, however we can offer some 1-2-1 support

  • Thursday at 10 am

  • Online session (Evenings, please enquire)
