Personality Disorder Peer Support Group

Join our Peer Support Groups to connect with others who have lived experience of mental health challenges.

Our groups offer a safe, confidential space to share your experiences and support each other. Whether you are managing low wellbeing, anger, or hearing voices, you’ll find understanding and encouragement from people who truly get it.

  • Hearing Voices Group: For adults living with hearing voices, this group focuses on peer support, learning new ideas, and developing personal insight.
  • Anger Management Workshops: Our 'Anger and what to do about it' workshops use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and peer support to help you understand and manage your emotions. The workshops run weekly for eight weeks.

All groups are held across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. To join, simply email or call us.

Benefits of joining:

  • Connect with others who understand your experiences
  • Learn new coping strategies and tools
  • Improve your mental health and wellbeing
  • Access a supportive, non-judgmental community

All groups are free to attend.
