Express CIC - supporting autistic people and their families

Express CIC offers a wide range of supportive, therapist-led and user-led groups, clubs, and services for autistic children, young people, and their families in Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas.

Our services are designed to help individuals express themselves, connect with others, and build confidence in a safe, welcoming environment. We provide:

  • Therapy at Express: Small groups and 1:1 sessions for autistic children and young people, led by qualified therapists. Charges apply.
  • SIBS Group: For children with a sibling who has additional needs, to make friends and share experiences. Charges apply.
  • Girls Group: Weekly meet-ups for autistic girls to express, connect, and be themselves. Charges apply.
  • Teens Group: Supportive group for autistic teens. Charges apply.
  • Outreach Offer: Bespoke family therapy and outreach services to home or school. Charges apply.
  • Training Offer: Support for schools to help them better support autistic young people. Charges apply.
  • Support Groups: Mums' Group, Dads' Group, Parent Support, and PDA Support Group for parents/carers of autistic young people. Free and informal mutual support.
  • Counselling: For parents/carers of children with additional needs, and specialist counselling for autistic people aged 11+. Charges apply.
  • Clubs at Express: Drama Club, Connect Clubs (ages 16-19 & 19-25), Production & Film Club, Dungeons & Dragons Club, and Express Social (ages 25-35). Most clubs have charges, except Express Social which is free.
