Who Can Access the Service? Adults (18+) seeking short- or medium-term support for: Anxiety, depression, or stressADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergenceRecovery from addiction or harmful behavioursLow confidence, social challenges, or isolation Individuals motivated to improve their wellbeing and open to a coaching-based approach Referrals accepted from: Social prescribing link workersGP practices and Primary Care NetworksCharities and community organisationsSelf-referrals Suitability and Safety Clients must be safe to work in a non-clinical setting (not requiring inpatient or crisis-level intervention).Sessions are not a replacement for psychiatric care or emergency mental health services. We do not currently provide: Acute crisis managementPrescribing or medical interventionsServices for individuals with unmanaged severe mental illness or active risk of harm Session OptionsUp to 12 funded sessions via social prescribing 1:1 or small group coachingFlexible delivery: Nature-based sessions on the farmIndoor consulting room sessionsOnline therapeutic coaching Pre-AssessmentAll clients complete a short referral form and initial consultation to ensure the service is suitable and safe. We may liaise with referring professionals (with consent) for continuity of care.  "
