Have fun and stay active - for free!

There is now very strong evidence that we can enable people to increase healthy life expectancy through achievable lifestyle changes.  The Live Longer Better programme presents this evidence in a clear and compelling way, translating it into simple and practical steps that we can all take. 

Our next free courses in Torquay, running face-to-face start on 26th April 2023 for 7 weeks, from 10:30am-1pm (with optional FREE lunch afterwards)

This course runs over 7 weeks in groups of 18 max, in a relaxed environment where we can learn, be inspired, and share ideas about increasing our Health span, and improving/maintaining our Health & Wellbeing.

There is an activities week during the course, week commencing Monday 22nd May 2023. Including a variety of opportunities to try throughout the week.
