The Highfields Mental Health Café is funded by The Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Health & Wellbeing Board (NHS). The café is a drop-in-service for anyone who is struggling to cope or wanting to talk about their mental health.

Our opening hours are Tuesday 9.30am - 12.30pm  at Merlyn Vaz Health Centre and Thursdays 3pm until 6pm at Highfields Library. The Highfields Mental Health Café offers local support for people who need immediate help with their mental health.

We have supportive and trained staff who can listen and provide the practical support you need. There is no need to make an appointment and you can just turn up during our opening hours.
