This support is for people in North Devon or Torridge who use the Freedom Centre Day Centre in Barnstaple. The centre brings local staff and partner agencies together, including DWP sessions, so you can get practical help in one place.
- Talk through your situation with the Day Centre team and get advice on next steps
- Use computers and free web access for Universal Credit tasks and job searching
- Get help with CVs, cover letters, Devon Home Choice and accommodation websites
- Be introduced to other agencies that can help with homelessness, debt, mental health, health services or other needs
- Access free food, clothing support and other basic help through the Day Centre
