Memory Lane dementia cafes - Good Neighbours Coventry

Memory Lane Finham and Memory Lane Radford are projects of Good Neighbours Coventry for over 50s. These groups are for people with dementia / memory loss and their family carers to attend together. Varied activities are on offer, from darts and bowling to crafts and live music. Carers receive peer support at each session facilitated by trained volunteers. A £2 donation is requested for refreshments, but can be waived if needed. No diagnosis is needed to access the groups. The groups are accessible for all stages of dementia.

Memory Lane Radford meets every Friday, 10.30am-12pm, at Lawrence Saunders Road Baptist Church CV6 1HH.
Memory Lane Finham meets fortnightly Tuesdays, 10.30am-12pm, at Woodside Avenue Methodist Church CV3 6BE.

Service access criteria:

People living with dementia must be accompanied at the group. Most attendees come with a family carer, but some come with friends or a professional carer. Support is for both the person living with memory loss, and for the carer. Self-referral or professional referral is acceptable.
