WorkWell is a free programme supporting people in Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire, East Cambridgeshire, and Royston who are struggling to find or keep a job due to a health problem.
Delivered by CPSL Mind, WorkWell matches you with a dedicated work and health coach who will help you identify your needs, overcome barriers, and connect you with local support. Our coaches work closely with health professionals, community services, and local support groups to provide personalised guidance.
- Who can access WorkWell? Anyone over 16 living in Cambridgeshire or Royston, or registered with a GP or Job Centre in these areas, and eligible to work in the UK.
- What does it offer? One-to-one support to help you stay in work or return to employment, including help with confidence, wellbeing, and connecting with local services.
- How do I access it? You can self-refer via the WorkWell website and choose the most relevant hub for you.
- Is it free? Yes, the programme is completely free and voluntary, with no impact on your benefits.
- How long is it available? The pilot runs until 31 March 2026.
WorkWell is delivered in partnership with NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board, funded by the Department of Work and Pensions, and supported by local organisations.
