The WorkWell Programme, delivered by CPSL Mind, offers free, personalised support to individuals aged 16+ who are struggling to find or keep a job due to a physical or mental health condition. Work and health coaches provide one-to-one support, helping to identify barriers and connect individuals with relevant local services, including health professionals, community groups, and other support. To be eligible, you must have the right to work in the UK and live in, or be registered with a GP or job centre in, Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, South Cambridgeshire, or Royston. Referrals are made online via The Joy App, after which a coach will contact you within 48 hours. The programme is voluntary and has no impact on benefits.
