Eviction support and advice

This will be support once you have a section 21 
Advocating with councils 
Making sure  that all evidence  is kept up to date and engaging with councils and tenants 

Helping them understand why they are being evicted and working with tenant to secure housing and support with issues that may had caused it and getting it resolved to stop any risks of future problems 

If its financials then we will look into debt solving and how they can sort these to avoid future issues 
Advocacy with landlord
Advice and  information of the process and support
Support on the day of eviction and making sure it runs smoothly and mediating
Applying for housing benefit if its needed 
Applying fr dhp if its needed
